CupTreat connects a counter QR code, a saved wallet card and a staff scanner. Here is what each person does.
For the café
Create your account
Add your café, country, time zone and first branch.
Design the card
Logo, colours, reward and stamp target, in English, Arabic or both.
Publish and print
Download the counter QR code and place it where customers pay.
Invite your team
Give cashiers scanner access and managers the dashboard.
For the customer
Scan the counter QR
It opens your café’s card page with the reward rule written clearly.
Join in seconds
Accept the card terms. Offers are optional and off by default.
Save the card
Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or keep the browser card.
For staff
Scan the card
The scanner shows progress and any reward that is ready.
Choose the action
Add stamp for a qualifying purchase, or redeem a reward. Each needs a tap to confirm.
Done
The count is saved instantly. Wallet passes update shortly after.
The reward rule, precisely
- Joining does not add a stamp.
- Each qualifying purchase earns one stamp, added by staff.
- Every time the card reaches its target, one reward is issued and extra progress carries to the next card.
- Redeeming a reward does not add a stamp. Customers can hold more than one reward.
