Wallet passes here are loyalty cards, not payment cards. Wallet availability depends on the customer’s device and region.

All questionsDo my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your counter QR code and save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If their phone has neither, they keep a secure browser card.
How are stamps added?
Your staff scan the customer’s card in the CupTreat scanner and tap Add stamp after a qualifying purchase. A scan alone never adds a stamp.
Can I change the reward later?
Yes. Customers who already joined keep the stamp target and reward they joined with, so nobody loses progress. New members get the new rules. Colours, logo and names update on every card.
Does it work with several branches?
Yes. Staff choose their branch when they start scanning, and the dashboard shows activity per branch.
